Faculty/Academics
Eligible School of Medicine Faculty members under the Health Sciences Compensation (HSC) plan are offered the following coverage. These plans cover the "Y" component of salary and are in addition to the health & welfare benefits offered to all eligible staff & faculty via UCPath.

A pay option allowing eligible UC employees on certain types of leaves to use as income replacement for up to eight workweeks per calendar year.

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program provides a wide range of services and support to individual employees. We provide voluntary counseling, coaching and referrals to support your personal and work life.
