    Pay for Family Care and Bonding

    A pay option allowing eligible UC employees on certain types of leaves to use as income replacement for up to eight workweeks per calendar year.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    Set aside pre-tax funds to pay for eligible out-of-pocket expenses for medical care, dependent daycare and caregiving expenses. 

  • Dental

    UC offers two dental plans to those who are eligible: Delta Dental PPO and DeltaCare USA (HMO).
