Senate Bill 1334 goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2023 and applies to UCSF employees in non-exempt positions who provide direct patient care or support direct patient care in a general acute care hospital, clinic, or public health setting.
To onboard an employee within the timeframes established, Human Resources is asking that Hiring Managers submit the New Hire or Transfer Management Action Form in tandem with the recruiter making a verbal offer to the candidate.
