UCSF Resources During Mental Health Awareness Month
Learn more about the Cope Program and Faculty and Staff Assistance Program
At UCSF, supporting the well-being of our people is a central priority and leads to reduced burnout, greater employee engagement and improved patient outcomes. May is Mental Health Awareness Month and through the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) and the Cope Program, employees and their families have access to thoughtful events, tools, and personalized resources that foster resilience, connection, and a culture of care.
Cope Program
The Cope Program offers broad mental health and well-being support for UCSF employees and their family members. Services are free of charge, available regardless of geographical location, and offered in multiple languages. A simple, confidential Digital Health Tool connects individuals with the program’s wide array of mental health and well-being support options, and a Program Navigator is available to connect individuals to resources and services.
Share this great resource with your teams! The Cope Program offers presentations at departmental and team meetings, huddles, and other unit activities to share information about its services and resources with interested groups. Contact [email protected] for more information.
Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP)
Throughout Mental Health Awareness Month, FSAP is offering a series of events and initiatives that promote mental well-being and foster a supportive community at UCSF.
