Kathleen Yumul, Wellness Program Manager
Kathleen Yumul, MPH, serves as the wellness program manager of the faculty and staff Wellness team, overseeing administration, operations and strategy for wellness programming and initiatives. Kathleen earned her master’s degree in public health with a concentration on community health education from San José State University; and her bachelor’s degree in psychology and human development from UC Davis.
Kathleen came to UCSF in 2015, opening the Adult and Cancer Services Referral Centers. In 2019, she joined the Wellness department. Kathleen is passionate about preventative care, health education, wellness, and shaping a culture of wellness at UCSF. She believes that supporting employee well-being is an integral part of organizational success and enjoys connecting people with resources to support their well-being.
Kathleen’s go-to wellness activities include spending time with family and friends, reading, yoga, walking, meditation, travel, hiking, journaling, exploring new restaurants, and taking care of her houseplants.
Sebastiani Romagnolo, Project Coordinator
Sebastiani Romagnolo is project coordinator and project policy analyst for the faculty and staff Wellness team. He administers UCSF-wide wellness programs and initiatives and provides analytic support for the department. Sebastiani holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from New York University.
Sebastiani joined UCSF's Wellness Department in the summer of 2022. He enjoys supporting the Wellness Champion program and other university-wide programs that aim to give voice to the real needs of the UCSF community. He brings an eclectic background in program administration across the arts, public health, and civic service fields.
Sebastiani loves to travel, cook, practice and teach yoga, and plan elaborate parties with his friends.
