  • Manager Tips During COVID-19

    As a manager and leader, it may be hard to know what staff needs to feel supported during certain uncharted territory. Staff might feel hesitant to reach out for help, especially in healthcare where there is a culture of being self-reliant. However, studies have shown that staff who feel supported by their manager are more resilient and can get more work done. Below is a guide with suggestions that managers can try in their work settings. 

  • Clinical Nurse or Advanced Practice Spec 5

    Involves advanced expertise in evidence-based nursing and practice in a range of specialty areas, such as oncology, pediatrics, geriatrics, psychiatric / mental health, adult health, acute / critical care, among others. Provides direct patient care, teaching, mentoring, consulting, research, management, and systems improvement. Influences outcomes by providing expert consultation to all care providers and implementing improvements in health care delivery systems.
