  • Patient Support Call Center Supv 2

    Involves the provision of responsive and accurate customer support for patients and physician offices in regards to patient business services related inquiries (billing, collections, admitting, etc.). May also include customer service support for scheduling, directing inquiries to other parties, and troubleshooting general issues.

Assures proactive response to local, state and national initiatives and supports the development of a highly reliable care delivery system. Works with medical staff, department chairs, and medical center leadership in developing and implementing delivery system reforms.

Includes a variety of imaging techniques such as X-ray radiography, bone density, ultrasound, MRI, mammography, neuro interventional radiology, interventional radiology (special procedures), nuclear medicine, and computed tomography (CT).

  • Recreational Therapy Supv 2

    Involves the use of leisure activities to help patients rehabilitate and adjust to life with a disease, injury or disability. Through the use of games, sports, music, crafts, etc., the patients' physical and emotional well-being are improved and maintained. Assists patients with learning social skills needed to become or remain independent, teaches patients ways to cope with anxiety or depression, and evaluates interventions for effectiveness and program planning.

  • Risk Mgt HC Profl 3

    Involves the development and administration of a systematic program designed to reduce risk and injury. Manages the identification, analysis and assessment of loss potential throughout the facility, identifies legal risks related to professional, employment and comprehensive general liability. Evaluates and advises on trends of professional, employment and comprehensive general liability claims experience to the administrative and medical staff. Makes recommendations concerning professional conduct, standards of care and facility operation to reduce exposure to liability and insurance claims. May represent the organization in litigation and non-litigated matters and coordinates with attorneys, third party administrators and UC Office of the President.

  • Laboratory Processing Supervisor 1

    Involves provision of laboratory processing services and information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology laboratories; receiving, typing, testing, and recording blood bank inventories, phlebotomy services, specimen collection, specimen processing and simple processing. Assists with short term specimen storage and shipping.
