Responsible for managing some or all of the following supply chain functions: materials and services planning; strategic sourcing; procurement; vendor relations; contract administration; inventory management; storage; warehousing; logistics; distribution of materials; asset management; disposal of materials; accounts payable and related systems. Combines long and short range strategic planning to create a cost effective supply chain system of equipment, goods, services and supplies. NOTE: This function encompasses multi-discipline job functions. Positions that primarily focuses on Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Financial Analysis, Financial Services or General Services (Storekeeping, Mail Services) etc. should use their respective specific job standards.

Facilities Manager 4

Involves the management, long-range planning, organization, coordination, oversight and / or performance of multiple operational activities and services for one or more buildings, including space planning, general maintenance, specialized facility systems and operations, call center triage and tracking of repair services, move planning and coordination, development of procedures, policies and communications related to infrastructure and safety. Nurse Anesthetist Supv 2 NEX

Schedules and coordinates the activities of the nurse anesthetists engaged in administering anesthetics to patients during surgical procedures. Monitors the effects of specific anesthesia, drugs, techniques, and patient reactions. Develops, recommends, and implements procedures pertaining to the administration of anesthetics. Requires certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Business Intelligence Mgr 4

Involves analysis of complex business problems using data to provide insight to decision makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Develops forecasts, recommendations, and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Works with business and / or clinical units to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required / available data elements. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user. Develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
