    Provides legal assistance to attorneys. Acts as liaison with internal clients, outside counsel and external organizations. Compiles data from various sources such as legal digests and practice manuals. Assembles, proofs and edits drafts of documents, such as contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies. Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities, as required. Conducts research on projects as directed by attorneys.     Involves coordination of donated anatomical gifts, including human specimens and anatomical materials used in medical education, and research procedures. Participates in policy and program planning, technical procedures, anatomical donor relations and administration. Provides consultative services to medical faculty, students and researchers. Communicates with donors or donor families who may consider a donation to the program. Involved in oversight and compliance with federal, state and University mandated laws, or policies. May be responsible for finances, program operations and vendor selection.
