Where to get COVID-19 vaccines
You can get your COVID-19 vaccination at community locations or through your health care provider. Be sure to bring your insurance card to the appointment.
Vaccine finder
The vaccine finder link lists all available major pharmacy locations based on your ZIP code. You can select the pharmacy location you want and click to schedule the vaccine.
UCSF Health patients
If you come to UCSF for primary care, you can ask for a COVID-19 vaccine during your next primary care visit.

- Pfizer SARS-COV-2 vaccine (Comirnaty)

Use the Digital Screener to attest that you have received the vaccination or upload your proof of vaccination via the OHS Portal (VPN/My Access required from a UCSF computer).
Occupational Health is accepting documentation or attestation of a COVID vaccine administered after 8/22/24 to be the current annual vaccine.
