New Job Standards Introduced in Career Tracks

UCSF has new job codes in a variety of job families, in both Health and Campus

Several new job codes recently have been introduced in Career Tracks, demonstrating the breadth of opportunities within UCSF. 

New Health-related standards have been added to the Clinical Professional Service Management, Patient Support Services and Respiratory Care families: 

  • Clinical Professional Service Manager 

  • Patient Support Services Supervisor 

  • Respiratory Care Specialist 5 

UC Office of the President has expanded the current  Computational and Data Science Research Specialist job function and created two new job levels for UCSF and other UC campuses to use. 

The Specialist 1 and Specialist 2 codes make it possible to hire entry- and intermediate-level core data scientists for future open positions.
