UCPath Unavailable March 8-11

The outage is needed to implement enhancements to UCPath.

UCPath will be unavailable from Friday, March 8 at noon through Monday, March 11 at 6 a.m. for the implementation of March updates. UCPath will not be available to employees and transactors during this time.

Updates include the following enhancements to Ask UCPath.

  • Employees will enjoy a simplified experience that eliminates the need to select a topic and category. When an employee submits an inquiry through Ask UCPath, the system will automatically determine the topic, category and subcategory based on the information in the inquiry. This enhancement makes the inquiry process easier and more user-friendly.

The following changes will be made to Submit and Inquiry:

  • The submission form will automatically fill in the topic and category fields based on the information provided in the subject and description
  • The updated landing page displays both open and recently closed cases, providing employees with easier access to their inquiries
  • UCPath will suggest available resources to aid in issue resolution
