Newly Accreted Jobs in Teamsters/CX Bargaining Unit

Several jobs have shifted from non-represented to represented

Certain jobs in ambulatory care, facilities, health education and research were accreted by the Teamsters/CX bargaining unit in July. 

As part of the CX/Teamsters agreement, these employees will be eligible to receive the 4.6% ATB that CX employees received. The pay changes are effective June 25 and will be included in the Aug. 30 pay statements. Eligible CX employees who are career, non-probationary will be also eligible for a 2% pay adjustment in lieu of a step increase.

No action is needed from departments at this time. HR will centrally manage this wage implementation.

Employees in these newly covered jobs are being converted from their old PSS jobs codes into new ones. Affected job titles are listed below with their old and new job codes:

  • Ambulatory Care Admst Crd 4 (OLD 4174; NEW: 4479)
  • Ambulatory Care Admst Crd 4-GF (OLD: 6636; NEW: 4479)
  • Health Prof Educ Spec 2 (OLD: 4390; NEW: 4484)
  • Rsch Administrator 1 (OLD: 6204; NEW: 4485)
