Bio: Ana Dolatabadi, PsyD, MA, is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Clinical Director of the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program at UCSF. She brings over a decade of experience supporting working professionals in high-pressure environments- including healthcare, technology, and the political sector- as they navigate complex personal and professional challenges.
Dr. Dolatabadi applies a clinical lens to workplace well-being, helping employees and leaders find clarity, steadiness, and effective strategies in moments of disruption.
