Where to get COVID-19 vaccines
You can get your COVID-19 vaccination at community locations or through your health care provider. Be sure to bring your insurance card to the appointment.
UCSF Outpatient Pharmacies
Walk-ins are available at any UCSF Outpatient Pharmacy; however, scheduling through UCSF MyChart is preferable. Review how to schedule your vaccination in MyChart.
Local Pharmacy
Covered by your primary care insurance (i.e. CVS, Costco, Safeway).
UCSF Health patients
If you come to UCSF for primary care, you can ask for a COVID-19 vaccine during your next primary care visit.

- Pfizer SARS-COV-2 vaccine (Comirnaty)
- Novavax
Use the Digital Screener to attest that you have received the vaccination or upload your proof of vaccination via the OHS Portal (VPN/My Access required from a UCSF computer).
Occupational Health Services is accepting documentation or attestation of a COVID vaccine administered after 8/1/25 to be the current annual vaccine.
