The Cope Program offers broad mental health and well-being support for UCSF employees and their family members.

Services are free of charge, available regardless of geographical location, and offered in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Russian, and English.

Access support through a simple, confidential, and interactive Digital Health Tool which connects individuals with the program’s wide array of mental health and well-being support options.

Program Navigator support can connect individuals to resources and services and is offered in expanded languages.

The Cope Program also features a curated collection of online self-directed tools.
