Carefully consider enrolling in these coverages. They can be beneficial should an unexpected medical injury, illness, or pregnancy place you off work for an extended period of time. 

Important: The voluntary short-term and long-term disability plans are not open enrollment options.

Enroll in your health and welfare benefits via UCPath within 31 days of becoming eligible for benefits. Refer to your offer letter on how to enroll in your benefits via UCPath.

Log into your UCPath account. To submit an inquiry, look on the upper right-hand side of your dashboard, click on “Ask UCPath Center.” You may also contact the UCPath Center to speak with an associate Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., at 855-982-7284.
