Our Shared Services Service Catalog includes:
- Support for UCSF teammates and departments for the full employment lifecycle hire to retire
- Staff and Academic Onboarding
- Customer Experience Center serving UCSF teammates focused on first call resolution
- Operational collaboration with department leadership on personnel updates and changes
- Support for regulatory audits; serves as primary point of contact for HR requirements
- Support for LER, Talent Acquisitions, and Compensation case resolution
- Continuous improvement with technology, automation, process efficiency, and lean practice
