Overview

Shared Services provides operational delivery on Human Resources Programs for the UCSF Staff and Academic Populations.

What is HR Shared Services?

  • Support for UCSF teammates and departments for the full employment lifecycle hire to retire
  • Staff and Academic Onboarding
  • Customer Experience Center serving UCSF teammates focused on first call resolution
  • Operational collaboration with department leadership on personnel updates and changes
  • Support for regulatory audits; serves as primary point of contact for HR requirements
  • Support for LER, Talent Acquisitions, and Compensation case resolution
  • Continuous improvement with technology, automation, process efficiency, and lean practice
