Patient Relations

Involves creating the ideal patient experience through collaboration with leaders, physicians, staff, and volunteers to ensure the consistent delivery of patient-centered care. Plans, implements and tracks outcomes for hospital-wide patient services programs. Monitors and ensures patient satisfaction with the services provided. Identifies and resolves patient, family and guest concerns and problems with organization services and staff. Provides education, resources, and data analytics; identifies, supports and publishes sustainable best practices.
