  • Health Care Administration SHS Manager 1

    Involves overall leadership, planning and management of most or all health care system operations and resources in accordance with the strategic direction, mission, vision and policies set by the campus.

  • Spiritual Care Manager 1

    Involves the facilitation and nurturing of personal religious rituals and spiritual practices for patients, their families, staff, faculty, allied health students (as applicable), and other health care team members. Provides spiritual care and emotional support, including exploration of issues that are of meaning and value and / or issues causing moral or spiritual distress to patients, their families, staff, and others. Serves as a bridge to patient's religious community or congregation and to appropriate clergy or religious / spiritual leaders. Offers education and fosters conversation and clarification on cultural, ethical, religious, and other topics / dynamics that can affect patient care, family interactions, and staff performance.

    Involves the development, implementation and monitoring of effective and efficient systems to facilitate all aspects of medical staff services and credentialing. Provides for the processing of applications and verification of physician licensing and certifications. May also involve the preparation of agendas and related materials for medical staff meetings and peer review activities. May serve as the liaison between the medical staff and all hospital departments to coordinate and provide overall continuity of medical staff activities.
