Update to PeopleConnect Additional Pay Case
Enhancements are to simplify STAR award payment requests.
PeopleConnect’s Additional Pay Case will be updated the week of March 10 to simplify STAR award payment requests. The update will include the following changes:
- Reason field will be eliminated when Earn Code “XSL – Staff Award Local” is selected
- When “Regarding Employee” is populated and the award is for a single individual, funding will now be entered directly in the case
- When “Regarding Employee” is blank and/or the initiator indicates the award is for multiple employees, departments should continue to attach the STAR Award form to supply funding for multiple awardees
- Logic has been updated to ensure amounts do not exceed program maximums
