Retirement Administration Service Center Customer Service Improvements

RASC partners with Call Experts to support employees and retirees

The Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) is partnering with Call Experts (call answering center and existing UC vendor) to support employees and retirees contacting the RASC. The partnership began May 25. 

When reaching out, Call Experts will identify themselves as calling from Call Experts, in partnership with RASC.

Call Experts will:

  • Proactively contact retiring employees to provide status updates on where they are in the retirement process and provide next steps.
  • Triage calls and direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Make callbacks to individuals contacting RASC.

The current focus is on individuals retiring on July 1. RASC and Call Experts will expand the project as capacity increases and the July 1 retirements have been completed.
