HR Launches New Website
Revamped site aims to simplify users' quest for content
The revamped hr.ucsf.edu website was unveiled June 7 with a goal of making it easier for UCSF teammates to quickly find Human Resources information and/or get help. The new site is a collaboration between HR and IT Web Services, building on the success of IT’s user-centered website.
The need to move to a more secure platform provided Human Resources with the opportunity to streamline and re-craft content based on customer feedback with emphasis on providing direct service, facilitating teammates’ and managers’ top-priority tasks, and using user-friendly design and language.
HR Communications continues to refine and add content to the site. A new key strategy: building in processes for regular review and update of content. We will rely on site metrics and user feedback to assess and adjust as necessary.
