If you test positive for COVID and are at home, it’s important that you still complete the Daily Screener even if you are not returning onsite until you get better. This reports your COVID infection to the COVID Response Team.

Occupational Health Services needs this information to begin the process for your return to onsite work. We also are still required by the California Department of Public Health, CAL-OSHA and San Francisco Department of Public Health to document all COVID cases among our employees.
