Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and People Analytics have launched a new form for HR staff and clients to request ad hoc HR reports. The new self-service web form will allow submitters to track their data request in ServiceNow and will help us ensure compliance with data privacy policies as we meet UCSF’s diverse HR data needs.
The new request form will be available in the PeopleConnect portal under Tools & Services. Once submitted, a team member will reach out within three business days to discuss the data request and will provide an estimated fulfillment timeline.
Please keep in mind that HR data often includes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or other sensitive data; therefore, when submitting a data or report request, the system will verify that the requester has signed a Statement of Responsibility for PII and Protected Health Information (PHI). If you need to sign the form, you will receive a notification from DocuSign. This statement must be reviewed and signed every two years for HIPAA and UCSF security compliance requirements.
