Working With an Injury or Illness?
DMS works with staff, faculty, residents, fellows, postdoctoral scholars, and student employees whose disability impacts their ability to stay at work or return to work. In support of workplace diversity and employee retention, DMS provides guidance on the interactive process, reasonable accommodations, leave of absence, and accessibility. DMS also consults on injury mitigation and manages the workers' compensation program for the campus.
