A brief overview of the process to complete the action.

The online timekeeping system, Huntington Business Systems (HBS), saves historical timesheets, which reflect how hours on pay status were reported in previous pay periods. This includes how vacation, sick, or any type of leave was reported and for bi-weekly employees, actual hours worked. 

Occasionally it is necessary to make changes to a timesheet that has already been approved. For example, if an employee forgot to include vacation usage, department supervisors need to provide the necessary/correct information to Human Resources as outlined below.
