Refer someone for UCSF employment?

The Employee Referral Bonus Program exists to further our mission of healing, caring, teaching, and discovering by leveraging our internal network of engaged professionals. The Employee Referral Bonus Program provides monetary or other referral bonus incentives for current employees who refer qualified candidates who are hired into vacant positions at UCSF Medical Center and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital San Francisco.  Note the program does not currently apply to UCSF Campus positions.

  • Referred candidates must list the name of the referring employee and the employee’s work email address in the online application.
  • The referring employee will receive an automated email to their work email address asking that they validate their referral. The email will have steps guiding the employee through the validation process. This needs to be done from a computer logged into the UCSF network.

For questions, please email [email protected].
