A brief overview of the process to complete the action.

Focal Point Equity Review is the annual process for all departments to review salary equity of non-represented staff at a designated point in the year (currently July 1). Salary equity increases should be proposed only where there are significant issues of salary inequity.


Estimated time to complete action, aligned with campus SPA turnaround times when applicable, and factors that may affect timing.

The focal point equity review is an annual process. Timelines are set by campus leadership.

Refer to local UCSF guidelines once they are announced each year.
