A brief overview of the process to complete the action.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! The Human Resources team is here to walk you through the process of going on pregnancy disability leave. Pregnancy disability leave is time taken off from work prior to and after giving birth to a child. Employees are entitled to up to four months of pregnancy disability leave under the Pregnancy Disability Leave Law (PDLL).  Employees may be entitled to additional protected time off under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and applicable Personnel Policies and Collective Bargaining Agreement.

We will partner with you to ensure a seamless maternity leave so you can enjoy this special time with your family.
