HBS Outage and Early Timekeeping Deadlines

Huntington Business Systems (HBS) will be unavailable due to conversion activities from May 28 through May 31. Biweekly employees are encouraged to review and submit timesheets for the pay period ending May 30 by May 27, prior to the HBS conversion outage. Timesheet approvers must approve timesheets for biweekly employees by 11:59 p.m. on June 1. Read more about HBS dates and deadlines between now and June 1 and plan accordingly.


PeopleConnect will be down beginning May 29 and may not be available until the evening of May 31 in order to implement changes. PeopleConnect will be available June 1 along with UCPath.

Additionally, there are some updates to processes which results in changes to the PeopleConnect Management Actions (PCMA) forms. For example, HR will no longer process funding changes for customers which has resulted in the removal of funding source fields from most forms. HR is providing a comprehensive document that outlines these changes. The guide provides a summary of forms that no longer require funding and outlines which populations these forms apply to. In addition, it highlights new/changes to fields in the forms.
