On February 6, we provided information on upcoming Academic Renewal Planning, important dates, and key steps. We are now providing the timeline for FY21 academic renewals, and we will continue to use the Academic Personnel Renewal Portal (APRP). As a reminder, APRP is a web-based tool that was developed to help better facilitate the renewal process. There is a batch function, which allows departments to renew multiple employee records at once and streamlines the creation of the annual compensation letters.

This year, renewal processes will also incorporate our conversion to UCPath. APRP will allow renewal and advancement batch updates in UCPath.
