Straight Replacement/New Position, Like Job Process training will be available in the UC Learning Center (LMS) starting in November.

Who: People Leaders should complete the training to prepare for the new process and to support their teams.

What: This interactive online training covers the Straight Replacement/New Position, Like Job process, which goes live on December 9.  Participants will learn about the criteria for this new type of recruitment request, including the difference between ‘minimal’ and ‘significant’ changes in a job description. The course also describes process steps, tips, and best practices for successfully implementing this type of recruitment.

When: Beginning November 18, Straight Replacement/New Position, Like Job training will be available in the UC Learning Center (LMS).

HR will also host weekly virtual Q&A sessions for clients on this new process after go live. Stay tuned to HR Update and the HR Roadmap Toolkit for more information on specific dates and how to join upcoming sessions.
