We are excited to announce that the Job Builder pilot launches April 1, 2019!

What is Job Builder?

  • A system that will replace the job standards and job description templates currently on the HR website
  • It will be utilized for policy covered staff in Career Tracks titles - Blank Assistants and Clinical Research Coordinator Series (CRCs)

What are the goals of the pilot?

  • Identify benefits of Job Builder for UCSF
  • Refine process and workflow
  • Develop best practices
  • Influence full deployment plan
  • Identify training gaps
  • Identify risks/concerns
