Last month, HR shared information that the FY19 system-wide merit increase program for policy covered (non-represented) staff employees was approved by UC Office of the President. As a result of a delayed notification, there is an expedited schedule and process to deliver these pay increases to eligible employees as soon as possible. Campuses across the system are doing their best to implement as swiftly as possible – and we share this desire. The following timeline provides a high-level summary of key dates. HR Administrative Guidelines, Merit Eligibility Chart, and other relevant salary program materials are now available.
