In July 2018, there is a new minimum wage ordinance in San Francisco and several represented wage implementations. The following chart outlines these changes and the affected populations. At this time, the FY19 Salary Program (merit and focal equity) for policy covered employees is still pending approval from UC Office of the President. Additional information on the approval status is expected to be announced by the end of July. Please contact your HR Generalist if you have any questions about the changes, or the impact it will have on your employees.
