Lead Compensation Analyst

The Lead Compensation Analyst will utilize their technical expertise in compensation, process improvement and project management to resolve highly complex issues within the Compensation unit. The Lead Analyst will partner with the Compensation Manager to design, implement, and maintain the compensation tools, training and communications to support current and future compensation initiatives. The Lead Analyst will be working with high-level clients that he or she is responsible for. He or she provides guidance and training to other team members on problem resolution, efficiencies, and client service while maintaining service levels for assigned client groups. Develop and maintain relationships with internal HR teams such as HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labor Relations, and Payroll. Assist, as needed, in compensation and cross-functional HR projects or other data analysis projects.
