In January, HR decided to delay the full launch of PeopleConnect Management Actions (PCMA) to implement several features that are needed to support departments’ transition from SRS to PCMA. Since then, we have been working to revise the launch timeline and are pleased to share a few updates:

  • Based on the initial estimated time to complete critical requirements related to routing, roles, and case views, the full launch of PCMA will not occur before September 2018. We continue to work on more detailed planning estimates and will announce a more specific timeframe once it is known.
  • The Management Actions Pilot will continue until the full launch.
    • We extend our thanks and appreciation to the pilot departments. Their feedback has helped to identify defects and enhancements. We continue to troubleshoot and/or log items for further review and prioritization.
  • We look forward to launching a governance process with customer input to help review and prioritize system enhancements – likely beginning in the spring. We are working with the control points to ensure representation of a wide range of views and needs.
  • UCSF Health launched Management Actions for all Health departments on Monday (2/26). We are working closely with our Health HR colleagues and will learn from their experience.
