Beginning February 20, 2018, Labor and Employee Relations (LER) will be offering a series of nine training modules to provide management guidance on critical labor and employee issues. Each series will be one hour and thirty minutes, which will include performance management, drafting disciplinary actions, conducting layoffs and disability management.
