The University of California is proposing revisions to Staff Policy 30 – Compensation, which applies to staff employees in the Professional & Support Staff and Managers & Senior Professionals personnel groups.

To ensure consistent pay practices, language has been added to the Procedures section affirming that, as locations transition to UC Path, General and Merit Increases based on a percentage increase will be rounded up.
