You gave us feedback and we listened! According to our Recruitment Satisfaction Survey, an overwhelming number of respondents wanted help checking references. In response, the Talent Acquisition Team has been investigating using an online reference-checking tool with select departments.

We are pleased to announce that we are able to offer this service campus wide for all recruitments.  Skill Survey has proven to be 92% faster than the manual reference process with an 85% reference response rate. In addition to delivering feedback from references in a much quicker and more candid way, the Pre-Hire 360® workflow has a growing library of hundreds of job-specific surveys designed to help the references rate the candidate on job-specific behaviors.. Ratings have been validated to correlate with a reduction in  first-year turnover for cause and better post-hire performance.

The reference report is summarized in an easy to interpret format providing data-driven reports, including all the reference contact information should you require a follow up conversation.
