Occupational Health Services' annual flu shot clinics have ended, but it’s not too late to get a flu shot.

Employees, students, and volunteers with UCSF identification may visit Occupational Health’s drop-in clinics to receive a free flu shot. Clinic locations and hours are posted on the Occupational Health website.

The UCSF flu shot policy requires all UCSF Medical Center employees, students, and volunteers be vaccinated for the seasonal flu. As required by state law, anyone who declines a flu shot must sign a declination form and wear a hospital-supplied mask while in areas where patients are seen, evaluated, and treated. The online flu declination form will be available in mid-November on the Occupational Health website.

Employees who received a vaccination outside of UCSF must bring documentation to Occupational Health Services to receive a badge sticker. Occupational Health will add this documentation to the employee's electronic health records.
