Increases to the salary ranges are typically implemented in parallel with a merit program. However, due to UCSF Health moving into Career Tracks, the new salary ranges will be effective May 21, 2017. There will be an increase of 2.5 percent to the minimum, midpoint, and maximum of the Career Tracks salary ranges. Although some employees are still in non-Career Tracks titles, there will be no increase to the legacy salary ranges as we phase out legacy titles.
