Employees moving from exempt to non-exempt will be transitioning from a monthly to biweekly pay schedule effective Jan. 15. The following pay dates during this transition have been communicated through the employee notification letters provided to mapping partners via their UCSF Box Career Tracks folder on Sept. 30, 2016: 

  • 2/1/17: Final monthly paycheck for partial monthly period of 1/1/17 – 1/15/17 (CURRENT LEGACY JOB TITLE)
  • 2/8/17: Paycheck for first full biweekly period of 1/15/17 – 1/28/17 (CAREER TRACKS JOB TITLE)

The Career Tracks Project Team will not be sending a direct communication to impacted employees and will defer to each employee’s manager/supervisor to remind them of the transition. 

Your mapping partner received an email on Friday, Jan. 6 requesting the HBS schedule for transitioning employees. If you have not submitted the schedule, please work with your mapping partner to complete the form and submit it to [email protected].  

Reconsideration requests submitted for incumbents slated to transition from exempt to non-exempt will have a priority review and the reconsideration decision will be communicated to the submitter prior to the close of the first biweekly pay cycle (Jan. 28).
