Per the contract agreement between the University and UPTE (HX), employees in HX non-probationary career positions will receive a step increase effective Jan. 1. Employees will see their new pay rate on their pay check/statements Jan. 28 for bi-weekly paid employees and Feb. 1 for monthly paid employees. 

 To be eligible for the increase the employee must meet the following criteria: 

  1. Non-probationary career
  2. Performance rating of satisfactory or above
