The At Your Service Online (AYSO) new and current benefits enrollment portals annual closure (announced last month) has been extended by two days and will reopen the morning of Friday, Jan. 6, 2017. The closure allows the local payroll offices to complete year-end health and welfare changes. All other AYSO portals will be available during this time.
Impact to New Employees:
- Employees taking action to enroll in benefits prior to Jan. 6 should complete a 2017 UPAY 850 Form and submit it to the Controller’s office within their 31-day Period of Initial Eligibility (PIE); email the completed UPAY 850 form directly to PayrollBenefits@ucsf.edu.
Impact to Current Employees:
- All Open Enrollment changes with the exception of disability insurance will be viewable when the portal reopens on Friday, Jan. 6.
- Disability insurance will be viewable on Friday, Jan. 13.
