The reconsideration period for the Campus Career Tracks Implementation is Nov. 1, 2016–Jan. 13, 2017, during which supervisors can submit additional documentation for review if they do not agree with the job function and/or level that an employee was mapped to.

As a reminder, all submissions should include:

  • Reconsideration Form
  • Revised Job Description utilizing a Career Tracks Job Description Template
  • Org Chart (if applicable – not required)

Approved changes will be processed at the end of the reconsideration period with a retroactive date to Nov. 1 for monthly paid employees and Nov. 6 for bi-weekly paid employees unless otherwise noted.
