This is a reminder that the campus transition to a calendar-based annual performance evaluation cycle will conclude on Dec. 31, 2016. Annual performance evaluations for all eligible employees (both career and contract) with appointments of 50 percent or more are due to HR Shared Services by close of business March 15, 2017.  

As in the past, Human Resources Shared Services will continue to support and assist campus departments with the performance evaluation process by providing the following:

  • A dedicated email location for all completed and fully signed performance evaluations to be delivered ([email protected]), by close of business on Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
  • A series of interactive webinars focusing on Performance Evaluation "Best Practices" at the following dates and times:

Monday, Jan. 23 1:30–2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 8 10–11 a.m.

Login information for the webinars will be provided during the first week of January.
