Academic HR Shared Services is pleased to invite you to attend a Service Request System (SRS) training called “How to Submit the Ideal Academic Ticket.” The training will provide an overview of the various academic ticket categories, walk through the ticket process for academic requests, and review how to prevent your request from being returned. Please attend a session at one of the following locations:

This training is directly related to Service Partnership Agreement (SPA) Process Improvements and is for department managers, HR liaisons, finance staff, or any others involved in submitting academic SRS tickets. HR Academic generalists and managers will also attend.
