Employees transitioning from exempt to non-exempt effective Jan. 15, 2017, as a result of the Career Tracks implementation in a department that offers Compensatory Time Off (CTO) should be provided the CTO election form. Email the completed form to your HR Generalist no later than Jan. 20, 2017Please do not submit a Service Request System (SRS) ticket. Your HR Generalist will partner with the Career Tracks Project Team to ensure this information is captured in HBS.  

As a reminder, offering CTO is at the discretion of the department. If you are unsure if your department offers CTO, please check in with your department manager and/or your HR Generalist.
